Shane and Firkel is a full service law firm serving Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania with a combined 76 years of legal experience.  Senior Partner, J. Michael Shane began his practice with the United States Air Force Jag Corps in 1958.  Mike has handled thousands of matters over seven decades, gaining invaluable experience that he brings to every case. 

Attorney Firkel began his practice in Bradford, Pennsylvania in 2011, specializing in Real Estate, Oil & Gas Law, Municipal Law and Civil Litigation.   

In 2017, Shane joined attorney Eric Firkel to form the law firm Shane & Firkel, PC.    

Shane & Firkel focuses on Real Estate, Estate Planning and Administration, Oil & Gas Law, Business Law and Civil Litigation.    

Mike and Eric are joined by an outstanding staff of paralegals and secretaries to serve your legal needs.
